Congratulations Alex Li

A big congratulations to Alex Li who came second in Ireland in the All-Ireland Programming Olympiad (AIPO), an annual computer programming competition held by University College Cork (UCC).

Chamber Choir Ireland

Congratulations to Malcolm O’Loughlin, Carmel-Deirdre Humphreys and Nathan Whitley who had their choral compositions performed by Chamber Choir Ireland at the National Concert Hall on Friday 10/03.

Wesley Interschools Music Festival

Well done to all students who took part in the Wesley Interschools Music Festival. Congratulations to Eden Carr who was Highly Commended in the Drumkit Under 15 competition and to Mia Weadick who was Highly Commended in the Solo Singing Classical Under 16 competition.

Battle of the Bands

Battle of the Bands was a huge success with eleven bands performing in the Lilburn Hall on 02/03. Well done to all students who got up on stage and congratulations to Ms O’Driscoll’s Form 2 Music Class who won the Junior Category and to Tympanic Menbrane who won the Senior Category and overall title.
