Well done to all our Transition Year students and their teachers on the very impressive set of results they received in the Junior Cycle examinations in June 2023. In Sandford, an average of 20% of students achieved a Distinction, which is substantially above the national average of 3% and 50% of students in Sandford achieved a Higher Merit in their examinations versus 28% nationally, a remarkable tribute to them, their teachers and their parents/guardians.
