Biodome

I’m sure by now you have noticed our new Biodome located near the gate of the school. This is the Republic’s first Biodome in a secondary school. This will be an invaluable resource for Junior Cycle Science, Junior Cycle Geography, and Leaving Certificate Biology. It also ties in very well with the concepts of Healthy Eating for the new area of Wellbeing, and with our Green Schools initiative, thus allowing our students to learn more about sustainability, ecological biodiversity, global food production and climate change.
