Our Mission
Sandford Park School’s mission is to educate its Irish and international pupils in a safe, disciplined and caring environment. Our aim is to prepare them to be responsible citizens. We equip our pupils with the skills to enable them to think creatively, reason critically and communicate effectively. We accomplish this by fostering a love of learning, respect for cultural diversity and a strong home/school partnership. Our emphasis is on outstanding teaching, which is the core of Sandford Park School’s philosophy.

Ethos and Values
Sandford Park’s ethos and values are determined by the founder Alfred Le Peton who believed that education had to embrace the whole person. In his writings there is a recognition that the young will benefit only by a growing awareness that they must take responsibility for their own lives; and that the role of the educator was to provide the opportunities and the motivation to bring about this desired end.
