We’re delighted to congratulate Sanford Park alumnus Max Fedorov (Class of 2008) and his wife Emily Fedorov on their recent international success at the Architecture MasterPrize 2025, where their studios won awards in both Residential Interior and Hospitality Interior design. Their residential project Casa Rose reimagined a 1970s detached Dublin home as a Mediterranean inspired villa, using sculptural arches, vaulted ceilings and a rich palette of travertine and micro-cement to create a warm, light filled family home. Their hospitality project Grindstone Coffee, across the Boland Mills and Dublin Landings locations, transforms former shell spaces into vibrant contemporary cafés that balance industrial character with crafted warmth through custom joinery, terracotta finishes and thoughtful spatial design. A fantastic achievement on the world stage and a great example of Irish design being recognised internationally.
